Dutch pump solutions provider EPS B.V. is now a part of Svanehøj 🤝

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Svanehøj EPS Services B.V., a company specializing in the integration and service of pump solutions for the industrial, offshore and maritime sectors. It is Svanehøj’s fourth acquisition in the last four years, and the first since joining ITT Inc. in January 2024.

“For some time, we have been exploring opportunities to establish a subsidiary in the Benelux region. EPS perfectly aligns with these strategic ambitions for expanding our service and aftersales solutions and land-based operations in the Benelux region to better support our customers, both in terms of new sales of Svanehøj pumps and, most importantly, to service the installed base we have in the region,” said CEO Søren Kringelholt Nielsen.

Going forward, EPS will operate as Svanehøj Benelux, with the Svanehøj product portfolio and service concept fully implemented.

EPS is the official Benelux distributor for Apollo and two brands owned by ITT (Svanehøj’s parent company); ITT Bornemann and ITT Goulds Pumps. EPS currently employs 35 people.
