About the position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy (sales & service), managing key client relationships, and leading the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. As Commercial Director you are part of the management team and report directly to the Managing Director.
You are responsible for:
- Managing the sales department;
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals.
- Manage and expand key client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.
This position is ideally suited for an experienced and results-oriented commercial leader who gets energy from shaping strategy, further expanding customer relationships and developing a futureproof organization.

Svanehøj EPS consists of a team of experts in innovative pump solutions and as part of an international group we operate worldwide in a niche market. We develop, sell and maintain pump installations for industry, maritime sector and offshore.
About you:
As the Commercial Director you are an indispensable link in the management team. Your knowledge and experience in the commercial field is a great addition to the growth and professionalization of Svanehøj EPS further realization. What do you bring?
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience with organizational development and optimization and improvement processes.
- Experience in a technical organization, preferably in the pump segment.
- Commercial, result driven, decisive, visible leader.

About the conditions:
- A challenging position for 40 hours per week;
- Market-conform salary, appropriate to your level of education and experience;
- Travel expenses reimbursement;
- 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days (on a full-time basis);
- Holiday pay of 8%;
- Permanent employment;
- Room for development and personal growth within an internationally listed company.
Obtaining a certificate of conduct is a mandatory part of the procedure. The costs of the application are reimbursed by EPS.
